@Ross Christifulli Thanks for uploading the lesson, Two use case questions: 1) What happens when the voice bot calls and they don't answer? 2) What happens if they call the voice bot number (either they missed the first call or its a business that has repeat clients and they are calling in for customer service or to book another appointment)?
