What’s blocking you?
Avoid giving the polished or strategic version. Try mentioning the thing that’s sitting in the back of your mind when the day gets quiet. For some founders it’s operational- Not having enough clients, or cash flow, or your offer isn’t landing yet. Those are real and worth mentioning. But for a lot of founders I talk to, there’s something underneath that. A belief that’s slowing them down more than any external problem is. Something like “I don’t know if I’m actually cut out for this” or “I keep starting things and not finishing them” or “I’m not sure anyone will take me seriously.” Both are valid. Both are worth saying out loud. Drop it in the comments. You might find someone else in here carrying the exact same thing.

The Latino Entrepreneur Mindset Experience
@Rocío Pérez & @David Favela will be addressing the question, “What if building a business starts by rebuilding belief in yourself?” This is a powerful one-day transformational experience designed for Latino entrepreneurs, creators, dreamers, and future founders ready to take action. SALES HAVE ENDED‼️ But the question still remains, “What if building a business starts by rebuilding belief in yourself?”

Let’s ELEVATE!
ELEVATE WORKSHOPS: Helping Latino Startups Break Through One of the most powerful assets any founder can have isn’t capital—it’s access to the right expertise at the right time. That’s why we’re launching our next ELEVATE WORKSHOP, a collaborative 2-3 hour workshop where our community of entrepreneurs, executives, marketers, technologists, and investors comes together to help one founder tackle a real business challenge. This month, we’re proud to support Teresa Valenzuela, founder of Well-Able, a company focused on helping older adults maintain independence, mobility, and quality of life as we navigate the growing opportunities and challenges of the “Silver Tsunami.” 🎯 Workshop Focus: Marketing Strategy & Growth We’re looking for experienced professionals who can contribute insights in: * Marketing and branding * Social media strategy * Customer acquisition * Healthcare and aging services * Partnerships and business development * Storytelling and content creation * Community engagement If you have expertise in any of these areas, we invite you to join us and help Teresa accelerate the growth of Well-Able. Together, we can demonstrate the power of community-driven entrepreneurship and show what happens when we rally around a founder with purpose. 👇 Interested in participating? Comment “WELL-ABLE” below or send me a direct message, and I’ll share the workshop details. When we share our knowledge, networks, and experience, we don’t just help one company—we strengthen the entire ecosystem. #TheLatinoStartup #FounderSolutionsLab #WellAble #Entrepreneurship #LatinoFounders #Innovation #MarketingStrategy #CommunityBuilding #SilverTsunami #AgingInnovation #StartupGrowth #Mentorship #BusinessDevelopment #HealthTech #LatinoInnovation

Would love to support Teresa , I’m in!
You're building. Just not the right thing yet.
Early stage founders don't avoid hard work. They avoid uncertainty... and systems feel like a way to do both. Build the process. Document the workflow. Set up the tools. It feels productive. It feels serious. It feels like you're building something real. But here's what happens. When the business feels unstable, we go toward what feels like control. Systems give you that feeling. The problem is they don't give you the one thing your business actually needs right now. Proof that someone will pay for what you're selling. Repeatedly. That's it. That's the whole job at this stage. Systems have a place. A real one. But that place is after you've done the same thing manually enough times that not having a system is actually costing you something. One repeated problem. One repeatable solution. That's your first system. Not a full infrastructure. Not a Notion workspace nobody uses. Not an org chart for a team you don't have yet. What are you doing over and over right now that's eating your time? Start there. If you want a fresh set of eyes on what might be quietly slowing you down right now, DM me. I'll help you identify one to three things that could be costing you more than you realize. No pitch. Just a real conversation between founders. 😊
