@Ivana Balaško I am the same I feel hungry but can never eat also sleep is a massive thing for me but I seem to also struggle to sleep the night before

@Ivana Balaško please let me know what he says It always confuses me like eat this and that but they never say a specific meal or stuff we can and can't eat so it's very difficult
Goals 🐟🎯
My goals are for the following year hoping to make Autonómicas or nationals my pb for sc in 100 freestyle is 1:09 lc haven't swam in a while so not sure last time I swam it over a year ago had 1:11 sc 100 breaststroke 1:27 lc haven't swam in over a year last time was 1:31 sc 50 butterfly 35 lc also 35 hoping to get 1:05/1:03 at a push for freestyle 1:23/1:20 for breaststroke and 33 for butterfly my dream for the following years is definitely olympics

Introduction
Hello I am chloe a 15 year old swimmer I started swimming for a professional team just after covid my biggest knock back is the mental side but im slowly learning ways around it but I was also helping to find some people who relate that's why I joined this group my three best are 50 butterfly 100 breaststroke and 100 freestyle but I'm hoping to make national times this year with the help of this group and the training just keep swimming 🐟

@Siobhan James so do I hope she does her dream I'm hoping breaststroke for me she's incredible for doing backstroke I could never I'm all over the place 😅 I wish her good luck and try to remember it's just any normal day swim and do your best helps me!

Why I need this course to help me
I'm 14 , I started swimming 10 years ago and I suffer from anxiety that highly impacts my performance at every swim meet. I finally decided to try and get better to improve my performance and make my dreams come true. I really hope this course helps me because I feel like I don't have anything else to improve other than my mentality because I do really well at every swim practice but I can't perform well at the competitions. It's really important to me that I fix this horrible situation that I'm in.

I'm the same I always get the times In training but never competitions due to anxiety but I always just try to say to myself it's just another day another swim and it's seem to helped me a lot with that type of mindset I also like to say there is no failing you can't fail you just keep swimming and you'll do great
