These aren't lectures, they're working sessions. Quick about me: I run Sunset Systems (AI Transformation Partner). I'm heavy on Claude and the Anthropic stack for business use cases. I co-host weekly education calls in Nate Herk's community and I'm bringing that knowledge here now as well. For years I had money shame. Making money felt wrong. Like I was taking from others. Then I read "The Psychology of Money" by Morgan Housel. Key lesson: Money is a tool. It's not good or bad. It's what you do with it. Now I see money differently: - Revenue = value created - Profit = sustainability - Savings = freedom - Giving = impact Money shame was holding me back. Letting go of it was freedom. How do you see money?

Yesterday Sam Ovens & Andrew Kirby announced that 1) Many new categories are coming and 2) Ranking will be much less focused on engagement. One thing Andrew said that I loved was that: “You can create a great group that doesn’t have crazy engagement or you can have a really engaged group that isn’t necessarily a great group.” and I couldn’t agree more. In the past I’ve been guilty of feeling like I have to keep up with engagement to maintain ranking when in reality, the value being taught and getting other people wins should be most important. What are your thoughts?
