@Yasmine Romdhane Every player stakes a small amount of NIM to play. That stake goes into a shared daily pool. At midnight the pool closes. Everyone who solved the puzzle splits it equally. Players who didn't solve it lose their stake, which adds to what the winners take home. The more players who fail, the bigger each winner's share. So the pool grows through the day and resets every night.
