Need advice for my upcoming audition
Hello , I’m Lily I’m 16 years old I’m auditioning for HYBE India and wanted to ask for your opinion. I’m thinking of doing Greedy by Tate McRae for dance with my own choreography, and Bloodsucker by CIL for vocals. Do you think these are good choices? Also, which do you think would make a better impact for the dance: performing the original choreography or my own choreography? I’d really appreciate any suggestions or feedback. Thank you!

For dance maybe og choreography will be more impactful but if we can match overall mood of song with yours one you can go for it

Any dance audition choreography recommendations I wanna improve myselfif anyone have any suggestions do share with me for me I thought of practicing strategy, go hard by twice but there isn't good tutorial for go hard on YouTube so I am kinda losing it 😅

Stamina exercise 😮‍💨
🎵Have you ever had a practice session and took way too many breaks? Or practiced to a full 3 minute song but got so tired and had less energy after just 1 minute into the dance? This is why we should practice ✨stamina✨ Stamina is an exercise that gets your heart racing. Do you know that moment when your half way through a dance and you start breathing heavier and faster and you feel your heart going faster? Thats the same feeling you get when you do a stamina exercise such as running, jogging, jumping, boxing, etc Its a fast movement that gets your heart racing and you sweating. Stamina can help us with dance because it helps us build endurance with dance. It can help us train our bodies to run for longer or dance for longer. You must focus on your breathing when you dance, or when you run, when you practice stamina in general. So remember to breathe and keep it slow and deep rather than fast breath. That will help you gain control on how long you can keep going for, even if its hard you will get there with time. Start slow and gain endurance over time. Don’t push yourself too much right away because you will have no breath or energy later and it can be dangerous for your health. 👀Watch the video below and then give it a practice 1. Put on a timer and dance/freestyle for 30 seconds then rest for 30 seconds and continue doing this until the end of the song 🎵 2. Slowly start increasing the time to 1 minute and then 2 and then the full song but only rest for the same amount of time you danced for. You can do this exercise in just a day or for more results once a week for a month at least (TIP: don’t sit down, walk around slowly and focus on your breathing)😮‍💨 3. After you have practiced this exercise (even if you tried it once) comment below this post how you felt, did you run out of breath and get tired easy? Did you feel like 30 seconds was easy for you and you could dance for longer with shorter breaks? Did it help you build more stamina? Journal how you felt below and we can continue to work on what you need in the future📝
