Managing finances
This seems to be my biggest struggle… maybe I’m making it more complicated than it needs to be but managing the business finances is getting overwhelming. Any good resources or even a professional that can help?

@Jessica Day I know Quickbooks is a good resource for this. Are you talking about finances overall or your supply costs?
Quick Check-In + A Few Questions
Hey everyone! I just wanted to pop in and say thank you so much for the opportunity to shadow on Friday. The entire staff was honestly wonderful — welcoming, patient, and so knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed being there. I do have a couple of questions, and I tried to look things up before asking, but I couldn’t find the answers: 1️⃣ Protocols on the Wall noticed during my shadowing that there were two protocols posted side-by-side with one of them having handwritten dosages. I do not have access to that protocol. I believe they are posted on the brochure, but not the protocol itself. How do I obtain the second protocol? I want to make sure that I have access to all the protocols. 2️⃣ Weight Loss (GLP-1) Forms & Process Where can I find the weight-loss forms for clients using GLP-1 medications? Also, when clients come in to get weighed and monitored: - Do we provide a nutritional plan, or - Do they just come in strictly for weigh-ins? I just want to make sure I’m following the correct process and expectations. Thank you again — truly. I appreciate the learning experience and the guidance. 💛

@Jacqueline Moss I can give you a call to give details on your first question. When it come to GLP1 appts. You should be able to find intake forms for GLP1s through IntakeQ and the PROTOCOLS outline what you MUST have from patient before booking GFE. You can provide a nutritional plan to give the Golden Glove service (it is helpful for the success of the treatment plan as well). That is up to you and what you feel is right for your business. Your in-person consultation before GFE with NP can look something like this for reference: MEDICAL HISTORY REVIEW- Your provider will ask about your weight history, previous weight loss attempts, current medications, and any medical conditions—particularly diabetes, thyroid issues, pancreatitis, or gastrointestinal problems. They'll also ask about family history of obesity and certain cancers. PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT- This usually includes measuring your weight, height, BMI, blood pressure, and possibly waist circumference. Some providers may order lab work to check kidney function, liver enzymes, blood sugar levels, and thyroid function. DISCUSSION OF EXPECTATION AND GOALS- You'll talk about realistic weight loss goals, lifestyle factors, diet and exercise habits, and what you hope to achieve. Your provider will explain how GLP-1 medications work, expected weight loss timelines (typically gradual), and the importance of combining medication with lifestyle changes.
POST Support Call 12/2/25
Hello everyone! Thank you to all who were able to join us on today's call. A quick reminder: if you're an On Demand Wellness member, you can access the live session recording by navigating to Classroom > Recording Archives > Support Call, where you'll find the topic details. During today's session, we covered several key topics, including menu building, mobile and concierge fees, stackable products, and more. I'd like to extend a special thank you to Jennifer Attaway for joining us and sharing her valuable, experience-backed insights! If you have any follow-up questions, please feel free to comment below and we'll be happy to address them. Looking ahead, I'm planning to cover pop-up shops for gyms, salons, and similar venues, as well as IV parties. I'd love your input—would you prefer this as a live session topic, or would you find it more helpful as a resource added to the classroom materials? Looking forward to hearing from you!
Weight Loss Medication
Hello again! Quick question about the weight loss injections. How are yall up-charging these medications for your clients? Do you have it just sent directly to them and you up charge for those 6/8 weeks all at once or do you order the medication to your clinic and then charge per injection? How are yall marketing yourself for these services? Thank you! -Amber

We did go over this subject a bit on the support call on 11/18. Did you receive the outlines for that?

@Amber Otto No worries. It might. not have been posted. Here they are.
Parties
Has anyone done IV parties? I am having trouble creating a template breakdown of IVs and Injections for parties. I saw something where it was like tiers with discounts the more people got a shot. Like single, 3 patients, 5 patients etc. kind of like when you buy raffle tickets. I don't know if I am explaining it correct lol
