Wake Up the Community! Tag a Brother/Sister & Share Something Real
Hey Skool Fam, I've been noticing our community has so much potential bubbling under the surface, but we're not tapping into it fully yet. Remember, humans thrive on connection—it's wired into our psychology. We feel more motivated and alive when we belong to a group where everyone contributes and supports each other (that's the power of social belonging, a core principle of human behavior that boosts our sense of purpose and well-being).Let's change that starting today! I challenge each of you to share one thing this week: A "WIN" from your journey, a "QUESTION" you're pondering, or even a "QUICK TIP" that's helped you. When we see others opening up (social proof in action), it creates a ripple effect—making it easier and more rewarding for everyone to jump in. Plus, by giving a little, you'll get back tenfold through insights, encouragement, and those "aha" moments from the group (hello, reciprocity!).Who's with me? Drop your share below, tag a fellow member to encourage them, and let's build that unbreakable bond. Your voice matters here—let's make this space the connected powerhouse it was meant to be. Excited to hear from you all, Chevy Baylor @Darryl Smith @Vickie McLendon @Kathy Reed @Jermaine Gray @Jerica Brewer @Reagan Stuckey @Jarad Legard @Caitlyn Johnson @LaTrell Nelson @Jon Todd @Bobbie Barnett @DAira Martin @Queen Abenu Askerneese @Trish Baylor

Small Win Today That Feels Like a Big Step Forward 🚀 I want to share a quick win with the community. In between classes today, I took a call to set up my first mailing campaign through USPS to promote my stretch therapy business and bring in founding members. Originally, I thought this campaign was going to cost me around $1,200 through another company I looked into. But after doing some digging and making the call myself, it’s looking like I can run the campaign for $250 or less. Not only is it way more affordable, but I also have full control over how I structure the campaign, which is huge. This will be the first flyer campaign I’ve ever done for my business, and the fact that it’s aimed at bringing in founding members makes it even more exciting. For me, the real win here is a reminder that consistency and focused intention pay off. When you keep showing up, asking questions, and taking action, doors start to open. This is one of those moments where a small step forward feels like real momentum. What’s a win you’ve had this week—big or small? Drop it below so we can celebrate it with you.
Two Paths. One Choice. Which Are You Walking Today?
In Kung Fu philosophy, every moment places us at a fork in the road: - The Way of the Spirit — soft, adaptive, aligned like water - The Way of the World — forced, pressured, ego-driven like clashing steel One path creates flow. The other creates friction. The Soft Path (Way of the Spirit) New beliefs → new values → emotional safety → natural behavior → consistent practice → lifelong discipline → a new life built from the inside out. The Hard Path (Way of the World) Force → pressure → shame → burnout → resistance → collapse. Both paths are universal. Both show up in your body, your habits, your relationships, and your work. GROUP QUESTION (reply below ⬇️) Where in your life are you forcing instead of flowing? One honest example—no fixing, just noticing. PRIVATE JOURNAL PROMPT (go deeper) What belief or value would you need to release—like a snake shedding its skin—to move from the Hard Path to the Soft Path? Write freely. No polishing. JOIN US TOMORROW — WARRIOR’S WAY MONDAYS 🥋 Tomorrow night we train this in the body, not just the mind. All ages. All levels. Come as you are. If this post resonated, class will make it real. CHECK flyer below for LOCATION👉 Comment “FLOW” if you’re coming, or drop a question below. Welcome to the journey—and welcome to Skool.

Reflection: Hard Path vs. Soft Path One place in my life where I feel like I’m forcing instead of flowing is my job. Lately, I’ve felt like I have to push myself to go every week instead of moving with energy and purpose. That feeling has made me pause and reflect. The belief I’m working to release is this: “I have to figure it all out.” So many times in my life, I’ve stressed over how situations would be resolved — trying to control outcomes, calculate next steps, and carry the weight alone. Yet over and over again, God has stepped in and resolved things in ways I couldn’t have orchestrated myself. This reminds me of the principle of Wu Wei — the art of “doing without forcing.” When we align ourselves with God, when we move in obedience instead of anxiety, things begin to unfold with less resistance. Not because we’re passive — but because we’re aligned. The shift for me right now is learning the difference between: • Discipline and force • Effort and strain • Alignment and control I’m choosing to trust more. Release more. Flow more. Now I’d love to hear from you: • Where in your life are you forcing instead of flowing? • What belief might you need to release? • Have you experienced moments where surrender created better results than control? Drop your thoughts below. Let’s build clarity together. Your perspective might unlock something for someone else in this community. 💬🔥
