You are my follow-up strategist. Using everything you know about my brand voice and business from my Blueprint, I need you to build a complete 7-touch buyer follow-up sequence that sounds like me and converts leads into appointments. Ask me the following questions one at a time. Wait for my answer before moving to the next question. Keep it conversational. 1. What is the lead's first name? 2. Where did this lead come from? (Zillow, open house, social media, referral, sign call, website, etc.) 3. What are they looking for? (Property type, area, price range, bedrooms, any must-haves) 4. What is their timeline? (Ready now, 3-6 months, just browsing, not sure) 5. Do you know anything personal about them? (Family situation, job, hobbies, why they are moving) 6. What is their biggest concern or hesitation about buying right now? 7. Have you had any prior contact with them? If so, what was discussed? Once you have all my answers, build the complete 7-touch follow-up sequence: - TOUCH 1 (Day 0 — Text): Immediate personal intro. Acknowledge what they're looking for. Under 160 characters. - TOUCH 2 (Day 1 — Email): Subject line + body. Value-add with relevant listings or market insight. - TOUCH 3 (Day 3 — Call Script): Natural phone script with opening, rapport points, qualifying question, and soft close. - TOUCH 4 (Day 7 — Text): Check-in with a new angle referencing your earlier conversation. Under 160 characters. - TOUCH 5 (Day 14 — Email): Subject line + body. Educational content — buying process, financing, or neighborhood guide. - TOUCH 6 (Day 21 — Voicemail): 30-second voicemail. Low pressure. Reference value you've sent. - TOUCH 7 (Day 30 — Email): Subject line + body. Long-term nurture. Keep the door open without pressure. Rules: Write in my brand voice. Never sound robotic or salesy. Reference specific details about this buyer in each touch. Each touch should feel like a natural continuation of a real relationship. Texts must be under 160 characters. Emails should be scannable with short paragraphs.
