Time to Invite Your People In 💝
Y'all we're in the belly of the beast! And, I'm dreaming of expanding our community 💫 Every woman in this community was intentional, and I feel super grateful for your presence! It's now time to share our community of practice with those in your networks who need a place to reclaim rest, center joy, and freedom dream without shame. Starting in April, I will be hosting a weekly Radical Rest hour (stay for 30 or for the full hour) for us to gather and you guessed it—to practice radical rest! Let me know below what day and time works best for you 🪄

I voted for Tuesday but I can likely make any of these times when I’m in town. Thanks for this invitation🙏♥️
Day 3 | Boundary Practice
What's one bite-sized boundary you will practice today? Boundaries are love in action. 💕

I will prioritize getting tasks done for me, personally, over doing household tasks like picking up toys left laying around by my grandchildren or doing my husband’s laundry. When I have time and I do those from a place of love, it feels right. When I do them out of frustration that the house is a mess and as a result I don’t get my stuff done, then I feel resentful. And today is one of those days where I have to prioritize my tasks so thanks for this important reminder about setting small but necessary boundaries🙏♥️
Day 2 | Reflections ✨
- What are you celebrating about your Rest Strength? - What's the next right action for your Rest Need you're committing to today? Let us witness you and celebrate you taking bite-sized and deliberate action!

I’m celebrating getting 8 hours of sleep a night for most of the days since I’ve returned from the RISE retreat I attended in Austin two weeks ago and also going out for an early morning walk three times this week! My rest need is carving out time to journal daily. Journaling slows down my brain and helps to still me. I still get drawn into the morning routine of helping to get grandchildren ready for school (more than I should:) but that still doesn’t prohibit me from journaling after they leave for school. I need a reminder because it’s not a habit yet. I am going to set an alarm on my phone right now.
✨ Welcome to the 14-Day Radical Rest Challenge! ✨
Hey y’all 👋🏽 Mama J here! First things first… take a deep breath with me, now let it out. 😮‍💨 Over the next 14 days, you’ll receive simple, bite-sized prompts and practices to help you notice where rest already lives in your life and where you need to practice to liberate yourself. Here’s how to get the most out of the challenge: 🌿 Show up daily: each day you’ll find a short post with a reflection + action. 🌱 Keep it bite-sized: just 10-15 minutes a day is all you need. 💬 Engage with the community: share your reflections, wins, and challenges. You are not alone! 💖 Permission to go at your own pace: if you miss a day, no shame spiral. Just jump back in... This is your invitation to let rest be more than a reward. Let’s make it the foundation of your lovelution. 🌻 Drop a GIF below in the comments to show us how you’re feeling about your rest journey. In Lovelution 🫶🏽 Mama J

Oh, I love Joy from Inside Out!!! Here are my results… and what surprised me— not from the results, but what I noticed, while answering the quiz questions— was how far I still have to go. First, I am celebrating that four years ago I would’ve said rarely to nearly every question. But I answered often to many questions that I wish I could’ve been able to have answered often or even better all the time. But that’s OK… I’m a work in progress♥️
