Hello everyone! I’m Pastor Dorothy Ross, and I’m passionate about uplifting women, especially those over 70, by providing opportunities for personal growth and learning. I believe it’s never too late to explore new interests, whether it’s memoir writing, gentle fitness, or gardening. My courses will be designed to empower and inspire and creating a vibrant community where women of 70 plus can share their stories and support one another. Keep good thoughts for me and these amazing women as I create the courses they will love and embrace in a new journey as we both move forward together and discover the endless possibilities that await us! What If You HAD TO Launch Your Program In 5 Days?!
I have a question for you: What if you ABSOLUTELY HAD TO launch your new course or coaching offer by THIS FRIDAY? Could you do it? (comment with the fastest program you've launched - how long did it take from idea to clients? (Imagine you had no choice, regardless of your motivation - could be an unexpected expense, upcoming vacation or anything that had to generate actual customers in the next few days!).. Here's exactly what you would need to do: 1) COMITT. I don't care how long you've been trying, planning or wanting to launch - for most of you I'll bet you've been "working on it" for months or years!.. BUT - forget all of that - let's assume you not only want but need to go live ASAP... You have to burn the ships and decide enough is enough - we are doing this! (If you don't think it's possible, you've already lost - I have done this and helped others do it many times before, going from idea to new customers in 5 days!) 2) CHOOSE A PROBLEM TO SOLVE - A problem a large number of folks are actively struggling with and paying to solve. This isn't the time to get creative - all ll we need to do is enter a crowded market with a unique and more clear solution (below). The key elements of an irresistible offer are: a unique solution, messaging and pricing. IMPORTANT: if you are a coach, agency or consultant, you choose on step of your bigger high ticket offer to deliver live. For example, I help people build, launch and grow profitable online businesses - but for this live program I could just help people create a lead magnet (step 4 of my larger system)... 3) CREATE A SOLID OUTLINE - For over 10 years, we've used the same "Product Roadmap" system to create dozens of 6 and 7 figure course and coaching offers. The secret sauce here is to not just tell people how you can hep them, you must SHOW THEM how you can help them with a visual roadmap! This is what none of your competitors are doing and why you can drop into a crowded market and scoop up customers!

I've always believed in the business model, but just couldn't reel my multi-passionate, heart-centered, non-techie, ADHD mind in enough to see it all the way through. NEW "Info-Commerce" Business Model!
Hey folks - this is a super powerful strategy we'll be teaching LIVE tomorrow - Here's the TL;DR... If you are a CREATOR (courses, coaching or info products) - this could be an absolute game changer! YEP, IT's TRUE: E-commerce dominates ad platforms (Meta, Insta, etc.), period. By this I mean - BY FAR the brands spending the most money on profitable ads are selling physical products (razors, clothing, jewelry etc.). It's very rare to see "creators" running paid traffic at significant scale. BUT WHY IS THIS? #1 - Simple: First off, running ads for e-commerce means you can gain massive advantage by bidding on CUSTOMERS. Right now, the AI and machine learning used by these platforms are so effective that creators who bid on leads, videos, clicks, etc. CAN'T COMPETE. When you optimize ads for leads - Meta will become extremely proficient at finding the users most likely to fill opt-in for free stuff all day, not necessarily become clients! Bidding on purchases using a Customer Magnet is 10X more effective than any other strategy, period. (Many of you have purchased courses on ads where folks teach running ads for video video views, clicks, retargeting etc - I have one question for these experts: Show me 10 of your clients spending 5-10K per day using these out-dated models. CRICKETS!) #2 - The FLOAT PERIOD. Running ads for purchases means you get INSTANT feedback the same day! Spend $100 today, make $150 TODAY - scale. In contrast - running ads to sell courses or high ticket offers can take days or weeks to even know if the ads are working! 99% of you don't have that luxury! #3 - The "marketers tax!" - as a general rule, marketers pay more for CPM's than DTC (direct to consumer) brands. Why? because Meta's number one priority is a positive user experience - they can't run ads to users who aren't there! As you can see, the cards are stacked against CREATORS... At least they were before NOW!
