Hello everyone. Well, being at work flying around the Arctic with patients has made me realize that I just don't have the time to do something like this right now. Especially the next two weeks. But I'm thankful for the information I have got from all of you. Take care and live on...I am enough. ♥️

My big win so far was not quitting. As I am not good at just concentrating on me and always feel helping others makes me better about myself. Codependency sucks. And I wish I just didn't care what others thought of me. It's been that way for most of my life. The insecurity. And I hid behind the outward confidence I show. It even gets worse for me when I am at work away from home as I have less control over what goes on there at home and with my daughters. Like as if I have any control...lol I always want to help. Be a good friend, and mom. I have been so busy with "life at home" this past few years and forgot to do the things that I wanna do like see friends, get outta the house more, go to church, exercise and I still feel that I have not achieved that place in my mental and emotional growth I want to be. Still have And when I'm at work, it's so mentally and physically exhausting, flying around the arctic in small planes with long hours with medevacs and patients who need me to be there for them...and when it's done I just wanna sleep. So I feel guilty a bit for staying in the program, but still not living the program. So thank you all for listening. My goal this coming week, is to jornal more, and set to the gym at the hotel or some form of exercise up north (no gyms where I go) at least twice this week.

GREETINGS TEAM! Exciting News! ⚔️💯 Tomorrow is our first team challenge day and the teams will be competing in SQUAT CHALLENGE. These challenges are more mental then physical. It is going to require you to set a GOAL and dig deep to achieve it no matter what. This is the art of showing up for yourself and for your team. This is going to be a promise you make to yourself and to your team. The opportunity to set a goal that scares you and to take yourself into deep water and challenge yourself ON YOUR OWN TERMS ❤️ So here's how it's going to go. Challenge Starts: 12 midnight and will be for 24 hours. RULES ⚔️ The team that gets the most RECORDED squats WINS. - Please keep in mind. DO THEM PROPERLY. You will be required to record all of your squats IN TIMELAPSE (For smaller file size) AND post your videos and your total in the chat! Ex: Post video in chat - 40 reps - total 140 Keep a total throughout the day as you're crushing it! Please also watch the attached video and POST YOUR GOAL IN THE COMMENTS BELOW! How many squats are you going to hit in 24 hours? 👇

@Chrystal Torgerson I totally agree with you. I get more time to myself when I'm at work. So looking forward to getting back into my work routine. Taking my new journal and my book on codependency plus my meditation book which is also a journal lol

@Shannon Goodwin that's just fascinating. I'm just amazed. I have only been able to ever fast for 24 hours. And that's just due to the fact that I have lymphocytic colitis. And sometimes it's necessary. Was diagnosed a couple years ago. So what do you have for an intake? Is it just liquids or just water?
