@Joshua Haag I'm afraid I don't have a win. I had more emergency stuff come up, and it was all I could do to stay sane. But, on the plus side, I really did -- not everyone could have.
Day 1: November Sleep Challenge is Here
Today’s about one simple mission—getting your body and brain back on the same team. Most of us live out of sync—sleeping at random hours, eating whenever, scrolling until midnight. Your body’s rhythm runs on consistency. When that rhythm’s off, energy tanks, cravings spike, and sleep suffers. So today, your focus is reset. 👉 Wake up and go to bed at the same time. THIS small ANCHOR tells your brain, “We’re back on schedule.” Consistency beats intensity here. Reset the rhythm—everything else follows.

@Joshua Haag I was doing pretty well here going to bed and getting out of bed around the same time (what time I wake up is not under my control). But, due to an upheaval in my life -- a personal crisis -- my sleep got completely upended and now I'm sleeping worse than ever. So this is a good time for me to try to get back to my routines. I would like to go to bed at 10 pm and get out of bed by 6 pm. That is what I was doing before. But not only the personal crisis, but a friend came to stay with me for 3 nights. She just left. Whew! That was intense! So stressful! So joining this challenge is just what I need!
