🌌💫Coping with Cosmic Flu Symptoms
Hello Cosmic Creators I've been sick a lot the past couple of weeks. I just call it the ascension flu or the cosmic flu. When I know it's not my body trying to tell me something. To let me know I'm not exercising enough, resting enough or I'm not eating the things that she needs. But the cosmic flu is a little different. In the past, I would push through it, believing that I was already doing the things that my body needed. Today I no longer push through the cosmic flu. I recognize it's my body saying "I'm being upgraded.I need you to sit still and let me integrate the upgrades." 🌱 Ways to Honor Your Body - Fuel wisely: Choose foods that give you energy, not just quick fixes. Think fruits, veggies, whole grains, and plenty of water. - Move with joy: Exercise doesn’t have to mean the gym. Dance, walk, play sports, or stretch — movement keeps your body strong and your mind clear. My favorite exercise is walking Selena. What's yours? - Rest deeply: Sleep is when your body repairs itself. Aim for enough rest so you wake up refreshed. I try to make sure all digital devices are left outside the bedroom. - Listen closely: Pay attention to signals like hunger, fatigue, or stress. Your body speaks — honoring it means listening. - Be kind to yourself: Avoid negative self-talk. Celebrate what your body can do, not just how it looks. 🌟 Why It Matters When you honor your body, you build confidence, resilience, and balance. You’re more focused in school, more energized with friends, and more connected to yourself. Respecting your body is the foundation for a healthy, happy life. What could you do to honour your body?
