It makes this practice SO much easier when the thought of sitting down and typing everything out feels like a whole task. Don’t let the way you think you’re supposed to do the practice keep you from actually doing the practice. 💙 Okay, here’s mine: 🌱 MY INTENTIONS For myself: To visualize and deeply connect with the life I desire. The more I save, the more I make. The more space I create, the more room I create for abundance. For my home: To continue removing the things that do not bring me joy, clearing stagnant energy, creating space, and clearing my mind. For my relationships: To be honest, open, and present in every conversation — and to finally reply to the emails I’ve been putting off. 😂 🙏 I BLESS… My bills. Any outstanding debt. The women I don’t know yet who are looking at my content for inspiration — and the women I do know who are looking at my content for inspiration. 😂 My dog. Luminate Health and my job.
