Biggest struggle
What’s the biggest struggle you’re having with your child right now?

Sleep issues. Started using melatonin which ended bedtime battles but has caused several nights of 3 or 4 am waking. I would rather fight the bedtime battles because I don’t enjoy waking up in the wee hours of the morning 😳

@Andrea Jones thank you for that suggestion. I will try it!
Podcast Guest Questions
We have a special guest on the podcast tomorrow talking all about minimizing overwhelm when it comes to nutrition for our neurodivergent kids. Would love to know what questions you have for her! Drop them in the comments below

How can I get my child to eat more of a variety of foods? Right now all she wants is pizza and will go hungry if she doesn’t get it. She has dropped a few foods that she would previously eat and I am worried.
Coaching Call tomorrow!
We will be talking about the body/brain connection tomorrow but I'd love to support you specifically. Drop your questions for the call below!

My child’s behavior has worsened in the last few weeks. Arguing, defiance, running from us, not listening, yelling, etc. She has also reverted back to pooping in her pants and gets extremely upset about being asked to poop in the toilet. Nothing has changed in our lives so I don’t understand where this is coming from and I don’t know what to do about it.

I made it through but the next day was hard because it hit me that day that I no longer have my daughter and raising her autistic child has been very difficult and stressful.
Core Values
Just watched welcome video. My core values are to be a calm parent/grandparent. To not lose my cool and never harm my child emotionally or physically. To raise a happy child who is as self-sufficient as she can possibly be. My gaps are that I am very frustrated and I need to get over my anger about this situation. This is not the life I was expecting and that I wanted at this age.I want to love her more than I love myself.

I can’t find our correspondence about the Happy Tummies program. How do I get back to that?
