The Pledge!
Today is a new day. It's a new week and it's an opportunity for a new beginning. It's time to step forward and stop allowing the "things" to hold us back. Sometimes, we have many reasons why we haven't done something, can't make time for something or why we can't start something and the question I really have is... do we want it? This may sound a little tough for a Monday morning... but I had to ask myself the same thing many times in order to push myself forward. I've heard "I have a lot going on," "I'm tired," "I need to organize," or there is something else I need before I can get started. These statements are familiar because it's what I've said. Once I made the commitment that I wanted a certain thing to happen, I had to PUSH or I had to STOP talking about it if I wasn't willing to do the work! Starting today, take the pledge. Let's give more life to our goals than our reasons why. Raise your hand right now and repeat after me.... If you feel a little urgency in my words it's because it's urgent. You don't have to pick all the things to do, pick one! Whatever is holding you up doesn't have to be done like you see the next person do it. Being consistent isn't a struggle, it's you deciding what that looks like for YOU! Organizing your day doesn't have to be a struggle, it's the plan you set aside for YOU! You don't have to be busy like others. You don't have to post everyday on social media like others. You have to make the decision to do what's best for you personally and professionally and work toward it. What is it that you need to take the next step??? Happy Monday with Love.

Day 1: Mental Health Journal Challenge
Happy Tuesday. Sometimes the reason we feel overwhelmed isn't because we have too little time, it's because we've been carrying too much mentally. Things like unfinished tasks, overthinking, stress, pressure, emotions we never paused long enough to process. Today is not about organizing it perfectly, today is about releasing it. PROMPT: What thoughts, worries, unfinished tasks or emotions have been mentally exhausting you lately. Grab your journal and write! AFFIRMATION: I do not have to carry everything at once. PLAN: Set aside 15 minutes over the next 5 days to journal. I've set my time for 6:30pm. Happy Journaling.

@Nicole Huffman yes I did some list journaling. Made a list of what has been taking a toll to long mentally and decided wither I’m going to work on a plan or move pass it for now
