Awareness might be the most underrated skill of our time. Everything out there wants your attention. Algorithms, notifications, outrage cycles, ads, opinions. All of it pulling you somewhere you didn’t choose to go. The moment you become aware, you take the wheel back. That’s what stillness is. That’s what meditation is. Not emptying your mind, not escaping reality. Just noticing. Noticing your breath. Noticing the thought that just tried to hijack you. Noticing the emotion sitting in your chest. In that noticing, something shifts. You stop being dragged. You start choosing. That’s where real rest lives. Not in doing nothing, but in finally being present for your own life. Try it for 60 seconds today. Just notice. See what changes.

Guided Meditation: Increase Your Focus & Trust in Yourself
Hi friends, This is a simple guided meditation that invites you to relax into a deep sense of trust and form a positive intention to practice meditation. In the practice we focus your attention on the breath and the breathing body. We then had a shift to be aware of the aliveness of the body and to relax into that aliveness and to relax into a great sensation of trust. You can use this meditation to increase your focus in between meetings or throughout your day, or if you just have a very busy mind. This is a great foundational meditation to help you calm your body, increase your focus, and come back to a centered place. With warmth, Brandon

Tonglen: Guided Meditation on Loving Kindness
This is a guided meditation on Tonglen, also known as Loving-Kindness meditation. In this practice, we cultivate compassion for four groups: ourselves, someone we love, a neutral person, and someone we’re currently experiencing difficulty with. We use the breath as a way to settle the mind and open the heart. For ourselves, we visualize breathing in white light and breathing out gray smoke. For others, we reverse it—breathing in gray smoke and breathing out white light—symbolizing the exchange of suffering for compassion, ease, and positive intention. Attention Meditation Men, This group exists because I need it — a brotherhood of grounded, intentional men walking the path together. And it exists for the same reason you joined: to support a real meditation practice and be in the company of men who actually show up. We host free silent meditations every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Lately, I’ve noticed many members haven’t been joining. No judgment — life happens. But intention without follow-through doesn’t serve you, and it doesn’t serve the group. So here’s how we’re moving forward: Meditation Men is for active participants. To stay in the group, you’ll need to join at least one live meditation per month. If that doesn’t fit your life right now, totally okay — you’re welcome to step out and return when the timing is right. No pressure, no hard feelings.
