Hey, I'm Andrew. Glad to be here. I'm looking for more effective communication around coaching, and any strategies that work for you all. I'm a chef & nutritionist and I help regular people and athletes with food coaching. I'm happy to drop value here regarding food & nutrition as it relates to fitness.

@Kevin Middleton Wow thanks Kevin. I just joined. I'd love to know more about you as a business owner and also discuss how I might best serve your people. I'm very excited about the opportunity for collaboration. Would you like to connect on a call this week? Here's my link unless you want to send me yours. Thank you sir! What a great way to start the year. https://calendly.com/chefandrew-spiritedfood/30min

@Mitch Phillips Hey Mitch. I think Vitamin C is a really underutilized nutrient for recovery and performance, especially for the littles. Electrolytes are obviously important, and I would recommend making your own sports drinks with sea salt, honey & vitamin powder additions to keep it much cleaner. Kids should get about half their daily calories from quality carbohydrates like fruits, dairy, beans, potatoes, and whole grains, instead of white breads and snacks foods. Kids need plenty of healthy fats : About 20–35% of calories from fats from clean sources like nuts, seeds, plant oils, and fish if they will eat it. This can be done by making healthier energy bars using dates, quinoa, nuts & seeds. Minus the fish of course.
