So this thread seems fortuitous considering an MRI I just had to get yestarday. What enveloping protocol would address it. "FINDINGS: Common extensor tendon: Tendinosis and partial tearing at the attachment of the common extensor tendon. Radial collateral ligament: Intact. Lateral ulnar collateral ligament: Mild degeneration without tearing.. Common flexor tendon: Intact. Ulnar collateral ligament: Intact. Biceps tendon: Intact. Mild tendinosis. Brachialis tendon: Intact. Mild tendinosis. Triceps tendon: Intact. Muscles: No muscle atrophy or acute muscle injury. Bones/marrow: * Subtle marrow signal abnormality in the radial shaft just distal to the radial tuberosity proximally to the radial neck. * Additional focal area of signal abnormality within the radial head as it articulates with the adjacent ulna. * Otherwise, No acute fracture, avascular necrosis, or concerning osseous lesion. Articular cartilage: Suggestion of subtle chondral abnormality of the radial head near its articulation with the ulna with underlying marrow change as mentioned above. "
