How To Win In 2025 (Step-By-Step)
Why are you waiting to start truck dispatching? "I'll start when I'm ready." "I'll start when I have more money." "I'll start when the time is right." I hear these excuses every day. There's thousands of dispatchers in this community going through my free course. Most will keep waiting. Keep watching. Keep making excuses. Keep letting life pass them by. But... if you ACTUALLY want to win in 2025, read this: 1. Once You're Awake, Get Up ○ I follow one rule every single day: ○ Get out of bed in 10 minutes or less, no matter what. ○ I use this to fight laziness and fear. This is how you train yourself to win. 2. Define Your Terms ○ What does success mean to YOU? ○ Not what others want. Not what society expects. ○ You can use your power to build something amazing—something that uplifts you and others. This is what I call having an honorable goal. 3. Set A Goal ○ Goals make demands. ○ Be hyper-specific. ○ Don't say: "I want to make more." Say: "I want to make $10,000/mo by December 31st, 2025 from my dispatch business." Without specific targets, you waste energy moving in unclear directions. 4. Take Extreme Ownership ○ The world is unfair – who cares? ○ Your job is to win anyway. As Kobe said: "Boos don't block dunks." ○ Every result in your life comes from your actions. Point all fingers of responsibility at yourself. 5. Be A Life Long Learner Most people quit because they build their worth around: ○ Being better than others ○ Being faster than competition ○ Being smarter than everyone Build your pride around being the eternal student. 6. Never Stand Still ○ Failure is the richest data stream on Earth. ○ If you fail, that's fine—it's information. ○ Adjust your approach and attack again. The only mistake is standing still. 7. Track Your Progress Success demands measurement. You need to: ○ Track every important number ○ Set clear weekly deadlines ○ Work backwards from your goal If you're not on track, change your strategy. 8. Limit Distractions ○ Focus like your life depends on it.
