Don't forget to have fun with it.
Should I open another Skool group?
I started off an Skool as a personal empowerment coach - but really didn’t do anything to grow the group. Last year I opened Horses Connect Training from my work email to connect horse people with each other and support. Recently, in response to lots of requests for information, I set up Sustain your EA Business. The aim is to provide solid, practical information for those setting up (or growing) an equine-assisted services practice. BUT, I’m feeling pulled back to working on my own group too . This would be focused on inside out transformation. It is my belief that real and sustainable change must come from the inside out because anything less is cosmetic and temporary. Here are my questions - Is it too much to manage 3 groups? Will I split my ‘audience’ even though the target markets are different? Is the Personal Development space saturated? Feedback appreciated 😊

focus on one thing. make it great. then move on to the next when you are stable. growing 1 group is hard enough. and until you crack the code growing 3 may pull you too thin.
Do you guys work?!👀
What do all you amazing people do apart from Skool?😇 have you managed to make Skool your full time yet?! I’ve been a truck driver for the past 3 years! Before that I was a handyman💪😇 Let me know what you do in the comments!🙌

@Mieka Clarke it is. Especially since I can go to random coffee shops or cool spots to work from my laptop - as long as they have wifi of course 😉

@Joseph Groom home, the library, coffee shop, sometimea client offices too. my favorite spot is my deck in the spring & summer. 😊 I've been working remote for 20 years.
