So many newbies on here looking to start their communities for the first time guys! Let’s help them out❤️ What advice would you give to someone starting a community for the first time?!🙌

I started off an Skool as a personal empowerment coach - but really didn’t do anything to grow the group. Last year I opened Horses Connect Training from my work email to connect horse people with each other and support. Recently, in response to lots of requests for information, I set up Sustain your EA Business. The aim is to provide solid, practical information for those setting up (or growing) an equine-assisted services practice. BUT, I’m feeling pulled back to working on my own group too . This would be focused on inside out transformation. It is my belief that real and sustainable change must come from the inside out because anything less is cosmetic and temporary. Here are my questions - Is it too much to manage 3 groups? Will I split my ‘audience’ even though the target markets are different? Is the Personal Development space saturated? Feedback appreciated 😊

What do all you amazing people do apart from Skool?😇 have you managed to make Skool your full time yet?! I’ve been a truck driver for the past 3 years! Before that I was a handyman💪😇 Let me know what you do in the comments!🙌
