Sacred Sunday Reflections
Hey beauties, I hope you had an amazing Thanksgiving.🦃🍁 Quick pulse check, How have you been taking care of your spirit while I’ve been away? A social media detox gives your mind space to rest, your emotions space to settle, and your spirit space to reconnect with what actually matters. When you remove the constant scrolling, comparing, and noise, you make room for: More clarity✨ More creativity✨ More peace✨ More presence in real life✨ It allows you to pour back into yourself through the simple things...the things you love but might forget to make time for. Things like: - Journaling - Gardening - Walking in nature - Cooking a new recipe - Creating something with your hands - Spending time with loved ones - Practicing self-care without distraction Who else took a little social media detox? Tell me one thing you learned about yourself.🙂

Start of the Week Motivation
Hope You All Had an Amazing Weekend. Sorry I've been MIA i've been a bit swamped this weekend with work.🌻✨ “Allow your heart to guide you” I heard this quote this morning, it is a reminder to slow down, tune in, and trust the quiet wisdom within you. It means letting your intuition... that soft inner knowing lead your steps instead of fear, overthinking, or outside noise. When you follow your heart, you move toward what feels aligned rather than what feels forced. You choose peace over pressure, authenticity over expectations, and purpose over fear. It’s an invitation to honor your desires, listen to what your spirit is craving, and give yourself permission to choose the path that feels true even if it doesn’t make sense to anyone else. At its core, this quote whispers: your heart already knows what you’re ready for… all you have to do is trust it. Best, - Chassity J 🦋

@Diana Pierre I definitely understand that! 💯
Re-engagement
Hey everyone 👋 I know things have been a little quiet here lately, but this group has always been more than just a space. it’s been a community built on shared ideas, support, and growth. I’ve missed the energy, conversations, and insights that made this place so special. That’s why we’re bringing it back to life! Over the next few weeks, I’ll be reintroducing fresh topics, interactive sessions, and a few new ways for everyone to connect and collaborate. Your voice and presence truly make this group valuable and I’d love to hear from you again! Tell us in the comments:What kind of discussions, topics, or activities would you love to see here again? Let’s rebuild this space together. The best part of this group has always been you.

@Amelia Foster it can be frustrating when things seem quiet. I get it. But remember, you can’t beat a dead horse & sometimes energy just needs time to flow back in. 🌊 Every season has its pause, and this one might just be our reset before things pick back up. Let’s keep the vibes positive and stay patient. 🙂

Sacred Acts of Self-Love (New Course)
For the girlies who need a little reminder to slow down, pour back into themselves, and fall in love with their own energy again this one’s for you.🌹 The Art of Self-Love is all about speaking love into your days through affirmations, and embracing simple daily rituals that bring you back into alignment when life feels heavy. A soft reminder that healing begins with how you treat you.❤️ I know life can pull us in many directions and, at times, feel heavy but these are little nudges you can carry with you through the day. 💫 These affirmations and rituals are ones I’ve leaned on during my darkest moments, and now, I’m sharing them with you a gentle reminder that light always finds its way back in. I’ll be adding more to this little collection from time to time, so feel free to stop by whenever your spirit needs a lift! @Diana Pierre What I’ve realized is if it’s meant for you it will always find its way back in your life in some way shape or form. 🙂

@Anna-Maria McFarland I totally agree. 💯 Happy Weekend!
How I put myself first this week
It’s been almost 3 weeks since I last washed my hair and just taking that moment to do that task not only made my hair feel nice but it brought up my spirits too. I am learning that even if life gets busy, sometimes it is okay to set aside what you have to do and instead do something you WANT to do. Sometimes those commitments can wait. What is one way you have put yourself first this week?
