She worked hard, she has put everything in. Clean diet and training hard. You can have more than what she had. She only had me training her in the gym and Fitchef food. You have programs, personal trainers checking in, mentor sessions with a body and life coach and a supportive community.

Arno was an amazing body transformation we did. There was absolutely no quick fix. No fat burners, creatine or steroids. It was eating clean and training hard. He made me realise how important motivation and emotional support are in a healthy lifestyle.
