๐Ÿ”ฅ Home Lab Challenge: Show Off Your AI Setup **NEW**
AI is quickly becoming one of the most interesting things happening in the home lab world right now, and I want to see what everyone is building. It's been a while since we have posted a challenge for everyone to try and share progress. This weekโ€™s challenge is all about your AI environment, whether that is fully self-hosted in your rack, running on a mini PC cluster, deployed in Kubernetes, or even using hosted AI services with automation around them. I want to see: โ€ข Ollama setups โ€ข OpenWebUI dashboards โ€ข GPU servers โ€ข AI coding agents โ€ข Local LLM deployments โ€ข Kubernetes AI workloads โ€ข AI automation workflows โ€ข MCP servers โ€ข Vector databases โ€ข AI pipelines โ€ข Hosted AI integrations โ€ข Hybrid cloud + local AI setups โ€ข Anything creative you are experimenting with You do NOT need an enterprise rack full of GPUs. Even a small mini PC running a local model counts. Share: ๐Ÿ“ธ Pictures ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Screenshots ๐Ÿ“ Architecture diagrams โš™๏ธ Hardware specs ๐Ÿ“ฆ Docker Compose files โ˜ธ๏ธ Kubernetes manifests ๐Ÿ’ก Lessons learned ๐Ÿ”ฅ Cool workflows you have built Bonus points for: โ€ข Power-efficient builds โ€ข Budget setups โ€ข Unique use cases โ€ข Homegrown automation โ€ข AI agents doing real work โ€ข Creative dashboards or monitoring I especially want to hear: What has actually been useful versus just hype? Drop your setups below and letโ€™s see what everyone is building in 2026. These types of interchanges I think are what get us all excited about trying new things in our home labs.

I have a 6 unit proxmox cluster setup on my 10โ€ rack. To help support some of my lxcโ€™s and proxmox backups. Thinking about adding a small display screen just for the fun of it.
Check out this tool for automated network diagramming - very cool
