I don’t know if you need to hear this today… but you’re not behind. You’re not failing. And you’re definitely not too late to build the life and business you’ve been dreaming about. Let me tell you a little secret: When I started selling $3 digital files on Etsy, I had NO clue it would turn into a 7-figure empire. I didn’t have: ❌ A design degree ❌ A massive email list or FB group ❌ Or even the time to “hustle” (hello, pregnant with 3 other kids at the time). But what I did have? ✅ A vision of working smarter, not harder ✅ A whole lot of trial and error ✅ And a fire to prove to myself I could do it. Was it always pretty? Nope. Did I have moments where I thought “maybe I’m not cut out for this”? Absolutely. But here’s the thing: The gap between where you are now and where you want to be isn’t as big as you think. It’s just a matter of learning the right strategy and giving yourself permission to take the next step. If you’ve been waiting for a sign, let this be it. But for now, I want you to know this: You don’t have to do this perfectly. You just have to start. You’re closer than you think. P.S. Keep an eye on your inbox/this group. I’ve got something game-changing to share with you this week 👀

Thank you Bailey, I really needed this now.
36 Listings in 5 Niches...Start to Finish in about 42 Minutes :)
It's a busy week for me this week...daily prompts in the Design Club, YouTube filming and content ideation, recording trainings for my communities, support... BUT I still need to add in my weekly designs to release on my Etsy shop and tumbler membership. This morning I just created 36 new designs in 5 different niches with one base AI prompt...I then mocked them up with AI, and listed to Etsy...ALL in JUST 42 MINUTES. A HUGE barrier for most is "it takes too long" or "there isn't a fast way to create designs". The key is just nailing down a process that WORKS. So here's the breakdown: 5 Minutes: Pick 4-5 niches to create designs for (I chose Fairy/Celestial, Christian Easter, Easter Bunnies, Celestial Butterflies, Succulents/Cacti) 5 Minutes: Create ONE Base AI prompt (I was using Dalle3 in MyDesigns) 20 Minutes: Generate my designs and modify colors/subjects according to each niche and make them seamless in PS. 5 Minutes: Drop my designs in my Bulk Mockup Folder 10 Minutes: Add my designs to my templates in Vela in Bulk and published to Etsy. 🛑 I've been asked for my current workflow process a LOT....so walk-through will be posted in the Design Club tomorrow afternoon!!! :) This will walk you through each of these steps so you can implement and see how this business does NOT need to be taking you 58 hours a week :)

Thank you Bailey, this has been my biggest hurdle.
💀 ONE ‘Oddball’ Trend Could Transform Your Shop Overnight
Ever heard that ONE design can totally shift the trajectory of your entire Etsy shop? Well, let me tell you a story about how my “aha!” moment involved a slightly spooky, trendy skull design. 💀For me, I don't necessarily LIKE skulls, and skulls aren’t usually the first thing that pops into mind when you think of life-changing breakthroughs, but trust me—it was a game changer. This single design generated such a flood of new buyers that my notifications went crazy, and people were asking for more. Suddenly, something I made very begrudgingly turned into a top seller, and it proved that trying fresh ideas can pay off in ways you’d never expect. Here’s the best part: that skull design wasn’t even a massive time investment. I’d been testing all kinds of designs—florals, quotes, adorable animals, random doodles—when a little voice in my head said, “Why not skulls?” I shrugged, whipped up a design, and listed it. Next thing I knew, I had a hit on my hands. All it took was one random yet trendy idea to attract a whole new wave of customers to my shop. What’s the moral of the story? Keep experimenting and keep riding the wave of new trends! You truly never know what’s going to resonate with buyers until you put yourself out there. Sometimes, it’s the most unexpected designs that go viral. Even if one idea falls flat, it might be the stepping-stone to something incredible down the line. If you’re ready to hop on the trend train (and maybe find your own skull-level success story), I invite you to check out my Design Club for Etsy. In the club, I share the hottest new ideas for products that have LOW competition and AI prompts to keep your creativity fired up. You’ll never run out of fresh concepts to test, and you might even stumble upon the one design that skyrockets your shop’s popularity—just like my skull did! 💀💀 So, stay inspired, keep experimenting, and remember: all it takes is that ONE unique design to catapult you to the next level.

It's very true, I've also experienced this but in the career I had. I've been a professional designer for many many years (cycling clothing), and one thing I have learned as a graphic designer, it's never about what you like or your taste. Example, I'd make different cycling jersey design versions for a client and most of the time they'd pick the design I did without thinking really and didn't like that much to begin with. It's just a thing 🤷‍♀️. So don't design for your own taste if you want to sell your designs, if you're not sure about the design, put it up anyway (unless the highland cow's got x5 legs, then don't list it 😉). My 2 cents for what it's worth.
