Try it tonight...๐Ÿ“
I want to try something with you today. Introduce yourself to me. Without mentioning your kids. Without mentioning your job or your role at home. Just you, in a few words, as a person. Most midlife women cannot finish that sentence. It comes up blank, or they start and then quickly loop back to someone else. Her daughter is heading to university. She has been a stay at home mum for fifteen years. She runs a team of thirty. โžก๏ธWe know exactly who we are in relation to other people. Ask us who we are on our own, and the room goes quiet. That is what twenty years of being needed looks like. The woman you were before everyone needed something from you did not disappear. She just got hidden. And finding her is not reinvention. It is recovery. ๐Ÿ“Try the question tonight. On paper. You might surprise yourself.

@Busisiwe Sithole I love this !
One question. Zero titles. See who's left
๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ’ญStill thinking about Monday's worksheet? If you tried the question, the introduce yourself without your roles one, what happened? Did the words come easily? Did you go blank? Did something unexpected come up? There is no wrong answer here. This is one of the most revealing questions I know, and the place where the answer stalls is exactly where the work begins. โžก๏ธComment the first word that came to mind when you tried this, even if it was silence.

I can honestly say this is the best time of my life. I lived and love every experience I had it brought me to the place of gratitude for everything even more so. And now I just want to learn more and share more
WHO ARE YOU WHEN NOBODY NEEDS ANYTHING FROM YOU?
A reflection, not homework. For twenty years you have answered to mom, wife, daughter, employee, the one who copes. Those roles matter. But underneath them there is a person who existed before anyone needed her to be anything. ๐Ÿ’—Answer just this one, honestly: โ“If nobody in your life needed anything from you for the next hour, no roles, no responsibilities, just you, what would you actually want to do? โ“Who were you at 28, before everyone needed something from you? What did she love? Not what sounds impressive. Not what a good mother or wife would say. What you, alone, would reach for. ๐Ÿ“Write it down. Sit with it. That is not a stranger you are looking for. That is her. โ˜‘๏ธDownload this tool and take five quiet minutes to reflect. โ˜‘๏ธDrop your one-word answer below. I'd love to see who's in there. Lindi ๐Ÿงก

Learn and grow to find my identity in Christ and not in things a child of God and growing
โ˜•The next step is a conversation.
The practice you tried on Monday was just a taste. It came from C.O.R.E Nervous System Reset. A twelve week, one on one coaching journey. What you tried this week is one small piece of something much bigger. I want to know how it landed. Maybe you haven't tried it yet. Maybe you tried it and felt something shift, even slightly. Maybe it made you curious about what else is in there. โœ…Vote in the poll below, wherever you actually are. โ˜•If you're at ready, let's have some coffee, book a free Discovery Call. โžก๏ธHow did Monday's practice land for you?

excellent program especially the breathing and it makes you think. for me it created a lot of space in my head.
โœ…A small check in today. When you did the practice this week...
Following up on the breathing exercise from Monday. When you tried it this week, did you notice a moment where your body let go, even slightly? Maybe the shoulders dropped, or the breath went a little deeper than usual. Most of us hold tension somewhere specific. Jaw. Chest. Shoulders. Gut. Just naming the place brings its own kind of relief. Where do you hold it? โžก๏ธOne word in the comments is plenty. And if nothing softened yet, that is okay too. A body that has braced for twenty years is not going to be fixed in a week. You showed up. That counts.โœ… Lindi ๐Ÿงกโ˜• โžก๏ธ๐Ÿ‘‰HERE IS THE LINK TO THE BREATHING EXCERCISE
