Depending on what budget you have to play with I'd definitely recommend using Meta as a TOF initiative, with content specifically focused on your unique selling points as a brand, and introducing you as the brand founder etc. There's still merit in re-marketing but I'd make sure you're only targeting your engaged audiences (e.g. website visitors, IG engagement, FB engagement etc.) and removing those who have already purchased from you as the likelihood is you can already remarket to these people via emails or organics etc. For these remarketing style ads it could be more incentive/promotion-focused (e.g. your free razor promo) as you can assume these people are interested in the brand but need some more incentive in order to get them to convert.
