Hi all I am looking for a new legal team to assist me in my acquisition expansion. Can anybody recommend any companies they have worked alongside in the uk market. I do require professionals who have experience in assisting creative structured acquisition deals, and not just the standard type structure. I am yet to come across a team who can prove they understand and have overseen seller financing deal types and other creative structures, hence me reaching out to the community for assistance. I’m thinking of doing a video about building a world class advisory board (with no money) and raising money from banks and investors (using the boards contacts and credibility).
