The Road to $1M/Yr ($83k/m): Full Tutorial
AMA THREAD… I’m going to make $1M this year from Skool *note: I’m up from $15k since October, on track to do over $30k in Jan Here’s how… Goals, Focus, Product and Traffic GOAL: Adding $1K weekly and 10k to cash flow each month 12week High Ticket 6-10 member cohorts, $12-15k each I started at $20k MRR on Jan 1 FOCUS: Skool is the Primary Social Media Clear Notifications Once a Day Once a week video with a Lesson, Updates & a Poll PRODUCT: Build what people vote for Bring in the help they ask for VIP Paywall access & give more value for those members ^ this is far more valuable & scalable than lower quality help to everyone, plus it makes more money Consistency in look and feel Make one improvement each new course TRAFFIC: Release a new YouTube Video when the last one plateaus All content mentions or features Skool content Track all # of clicks from each video Remake the videos that get more clicks Clearly define “an enemy" & make vids to juxtapose ^ easy with loom reaction vids to others in my space Weekly Live on YT reacting to comments from the week Ramp up ads when the videos miss All messaging focuses on the paid benefits of community Is there anything you’d like more detail on?
