I have one last question before the site shuts down
Is it worth buying a hotdog cart that is $1000 and only the cart with no trays umbrella or anything else? And if y'all feel that it is worth that money what is the reason that would make it worth it?
To all
I am still learning and not much help but if you want to have somebody to help and learn with even after this site is shut down and trust me I will hope to be able to have assistance from you all as well my email is: cmrp7129@gmail.com

Closing Down...
Sometimes... my heart gets ahead of my head. And my head ain't nothing to brag about. 😜 I spend most of my time answering phone calls and helping vendors. Most of my time is inside https://vendorsunited.com (my favorite place) - and I simply have not had time to devote as much time here... as it needs. I hope you can understand. I'll be shutting this down in a few days. You can still reach me by text at 865.446.0660 - Facebook - (inside VendorsUnited) & Youtube. Happy Happy Holidays & Much Love! ~ Ben

Does an onion dicer have to be NSF certified for chopping onions ? (topping for hot dogs)

@Tabitha Mertz sorry this is a chatgpt response and more so Florida based, but hopefully it helps some πŸ‘πŸ€— Florida follows the FDA Food Code. It does NOT require every tool or gadget to be NSF-certified. Instead, it requires β€œfood-contact equipment to be smooth, durable, cleanable, and made of safe materials.” So your onion dicer must be: - Food-grade materials - Easy to clean and sanitize - No cracks, chips, or absorbent surfaces - In good repair If it meets those standards, it’s allowed β€” NSF is recommended, but not mandatory. ⭐ When NSF is typically required NSF certification is usually required for: - Refrigeration - Sinks - Hot holding units - Stainless steel prep tables in many counties - Anything permanently installed or powered - Some health departments prefer NSF for commercial safety, but handheld tools are almost never enforced that way.
