I can feel my skills improving, but I’ll be honest—it’s still frustrating not getting deals across the finish line. For those of you consistently closing deals, how do you know you’re making the right offer? I used to come in too high, and now on my last couple deals I went lower, but still couldn’t move them. At this point, I’m trying to figure out if it’s my pricing, my buyers, or something else in my process. Any advice would be appreciated
