It’s an app that tracks your mileage and does the math for tax purposes; trips to the post office, going sourcing…. The first 40 trips per month are free but it stops working unless you have an unlimited plan. There price has went up $30 for 2025 annual unlimited plan. I’ve been using the free plan last few months to try it out. I recommend checking their website and trying the free app to see if it’s a good fit for you.

Just wondering if anyone had a coupon code to help offset the cost, I just figured / hoped someone on here had one. Not my site, just thought it might benefit others. Manually documenting is much cheaper but one of my goals for this year is to be more automated and efficient. Have a great weekend.

Inventory Audit Coming in November
I am planning a full inventory audit in November. I will take a Saturday and pull boxes of inventory and match contents to the 4 platforms we sell on. I am expecting to find items not listed, items listed but missing from inventory and items that need to be completely redone. In preparation for this I spent tonight consolidating inventory. We emptied a large number of boxes to make room for more items. Of course I am going to keep listing daily. But we are much leaner on our shelves for now. Any advice on doing inventory?

I did this with my last 50 clothing items I still have on the clip letters/ number inventory system and found 5 items that no longer have a listing. The rest of the clothing items use cardboard boxes with the sequential numbered stickers, so much easier to find and pull them. Shoes and hard goods I use totes and number the totes.

Labor Day Sales
Those of you with stores, do you have any Labor Day Sales running on you summer goods? I have shorts, women's items and a bunch of older stock items on discounts this weekend, ending just afer Labor Day. Am I alone?

I’ve been a seller off and on for about 6 years. I list mostly men’s clothing and shoes but do list a few women’s clothes and hard goods on occasion.
