Sometimes you’ve just gotta switch things up. 😂 Today I shaved the beard off and decided to give my skin a little break so it can breathe and heal. Not gonna lie… it feels weird seeing my face again. 😂 But hey, taking care of yourself isn’t always about the big things. Sometimes it’s as simple as making a small change and giving your body a chance to reset.
