Hey, and welcome. I'm Joel, a registered nurse, and I built this community for the other 23 hours a day your doctor never sees. Here's what I learned at the bedside: your 15 minute appointment is not where your health is won or lost. It's won or lost in your kitchen, your sleep, your stress, and your daily habits. That's the part nobody walks you through. So we will. Everything here is built around the Three Pressures, the three things that quietly run your energy and your long term health: Blood pressure. Cortisol, your stress hormone. And blood sugar. Get these three working together and your whole body starts to feel different. Calmer. Steadier. More like you again.
