Hey, and welcome. I'm Joel, a registered nurse, and I built this community for the other 23 hours a day your doctor never sees. Here's what I learned at the bedside: your 15 minute appointment is not where your health is won or lost. It's won or lost in your kitchen, your sleep, your stress, and your daily habits. That's the part nobody walks you through. So we will. Everything here is built around the Three Pressures, the three things that quietly run your energy and your long term health: Blood pressure. Cortisol, your stress hormone. And blood sugar. Get these three working together and your whole body starts to feel different. Calmer. Steadier. More like you again. One promise about how we do things here: this is AND, never instead of. Keep your doctor. Keep your medicine. Use what you learn here alongside your care, not in place of it. We add tools. I'm in. I live in Dayton, OH and I am a ball of energy! I have a 9 to 5 gig, but I am also a small business owner- three businesses and counting. I support a non-profit as it's virtual assistant - it's my community service and give back. Heading over to the classroom to pick a challenge to start. Thank you Joel for creating this space to really understand what's happening in this aging body. Love your tag line----I'm ready to start baking!!

Hello Everyone - My name is Chandra from Dayton, OH. The first pressure I am working on is Sugar. I responded to an email about the triangle - and Joel responded with details on how to help me get started taking my berberine correctly! who knew??!! I've been taking these pills for two years - incorrectly. I want to move my A1C number lower; maintain my blood pressure without taking amlodipine 5 mg and increase my HDL number to at least 50 or above. I exercise every day for at least 30 minutes, I meditate each morning and I eat mostly living foods - I gravitate to vegetables instead of meats and sugary foods. I do enjoy a good steak every now and again. 😄 I am in the process of buying a house so my goal is to grow my own food. I'm looking forward to the Wednesday call next week. It's on my calendar already. Thank you Joel for creating this space for us.
