Echo showing commitment to your folks through early/late and fan of the daily stand-up. I practice this now with my area managers and did as a Capt leading the airfield pavement eval team (13-15 folks). It helped us track tactical actions to make progress, sync on goals/values, and provided time to read some type of professional development to inspire. Currently I’m challenging my guys with physical, mental, & spiritual health so once a week I pick one of those areas and ask what they are doing to take care of themselves in that arena.
