Inner Circle Call Recap: Your Money Set Point
Family — today’s call was 🔥 and I want to anchor one of the most important concepts we touched on, because this alone can change everything. We talked about Monthly NUT and how to cover it — primarily through real estate. But then @Jason Pockrandt and I went deeper… We uncovered something much bigger 👇 💰 Your Money Set Point Every single one of us has an internal money thermostat — a subconscious income set point. It determines: - How much money you believe is “normal” for you - How much you allow yourself to earn - How much you feel comfortable spending - How far you subconsciously let success go before you self-correct That’s why: - Some people never earn more than a certain amount - Others “cap out” year after year at the same income - Even when opportunity, skill, and effort are present It’s not intelligence. It’s not hustle. It’s subconscious programming. 🧠 We All Have Set Points (Not Just Income) We all have money set points around: - Hotels we’ll stay in - Shoes we’ll buy - Meals we’ll order - Cars we’ll drive - What feels “too expensive” vs “normal” And here’s the key… 👉 As income grows, those set points naturally expand 👉 BUT they can also be intentionally reprogrammed 🔄 The Good News Your money set point is learned. Which means it can be changed. And it’s not hard — but it is intentional. Once the subconscious shifts: - Behavior changes - Decisions change - Comfort zones expand - Income follows This is one of the reasons people can suddenly make more money with less effort — because they stopped fighting their own internal ceiling. 👀 What This Means for Inner Circle This group isn’t just about tactics. It’s about identity-level change. Over the coming weeks, we’ll continue to: - Identify hidden ceilings - Heal money beliefs - Raise internal set points - Align income with calling, not fear Because you don’t rise to the level of your goals… You fall to the level of your subconscious programming.

Hi @Knolly Williams I retook the test that you recommended and I got the same thing, which is kind of wild. I don't see myself this way at all. I don't feel like I'm dominant at all. I never want to be in a manager role. UGH. And I don't like the questions because they are too vague. but anyway, here is my result.

Would it interest you to attract more clients—without the constant chase?
The chase works for some people… but it drained me. I don’t know everything, but I do know this: I never thrived with cold calling or door knocking. Any real success I had as a real estate agent came after I discovered my actual purpose as an agent. Here are a few ways I found to be more purposeful and attract more business: - Build or grow your list of 300 Cool People(They get touched ~3x per month) - Connect with local professionals(insurance agents, roofers, electricians, lawn care, etc.) - Bridge the two — give yourself a real reason to reach out to your Cool 300 - Bridge online + offline(social media + ~15 intentional calls per day) - Send an 8.5 x 11 mailer bimonthly - Leverage Knolly’s Success Toolkit to print your books - Serve people. Connect people. Become a Community Concierge — buyers and sellers follow - I genuinely believe everything works — you just have to find what works for you. Stay open to new approaches. Yes, I just got done watching this. I totally align with this philosophy. I am here to help and serve. I love your idea of learning the local professionals and creating a binder for when they are needed. This seems like a great tool to have. Thank you for taking the time to share this @Titus Lennon !

Going from 9-5 life to life of a successful listing specialist
Hey Knolly. I just got done watching a day in the life of a successful listing specialist. How do I get from where I am to this life? 😊 I currently am starting my day at 3:30 am with my workout and prayer and meditation then I work a 9-5 starting at 530 am and ending at 230 pm with the rest of the day to focus on training and building my business. If you can give me any advice, I would love it. I feel like I'm doing the best that I can but also I also feel like I'm just running in the rat wheel and going in circles (even though I'm learning so much!) Do I change my hours around? I’m a morning person so getting up this early doesn’t really bother me (but do not want to do it forever). So if you have any thoughts and ideas for me on this, I would truly appreciate it. Thank you! 💛🙏

I’m Jennifer. I also go by Jenn and Jenna. I wanted to post a video but doesn’t look like I’m able. Guys, you do not know how excited I am to be here! It is so Devine timing! I’ve been looking for a class like this and the bonus inner circle group is so amazing! Thank you so much Knolly for giving us this opportunity! You are amazing. My intro- I just started on my real estate agent journey. I got my license this past August 2025. I currently live in Phoenix AZ. Ultimately my goal is to serve, in all ways. Financially, philanthropically, time wise, in every way I can. This has been a fairly recent discovery and I feel the way I can do this is thru real estate. I would love to find the time to help my sister create a space for those who are released from prison and to help them get back on their feet with counseling and I would love to create a safe environment/housing for this. Also, I would love to start a program for women to learn different things to be self sufficient, things like changing a tire and the oil in the car and small handy things around the house, etc. I would also LOVE LOVE LOVE to create a time bank- so instead of paying someone in money- you pay in time credits. I don’t know if any of you hard this or not - but it’s a great concept. I’m working a 9-5 and then building my business. I have my goal for 2026 and I feel like a good path to get there. I’m looking for accountability and support (which has been my biggest struggle). I watched the first call - I need to say, you guys, all of you are fantastic! Listening to your stories and goals gets me so pumped up! I cannot wait to get to know you guys more! I think we all are coming together at the perfect time! Thank you Knolly!!
