06/08/2026 The Habit That Changes Everything
Good Morning DTB Family! Before you get busy today, remember this: The people God uses most are not usually the most talented. They’re the most faithful. David was faithful with sheep before he was trusted with a kingdom. The disciples were faithful to follow Jesus before they were sent to change the world. Faithfulness may not feel exciting. It may not get noticed. It may not get applause. But God sees it. Every prayer. Every chapter you read. Every act of obedience. Every time you choose Jesus when no one is watching. Small acts of faithfulness lead to big spiritual growth. Don’t underestimate what God can do through your daily consistency. Today’s Challenge: Spend 10 minutes with Jesus before you do anything else. Read His Word. Pray. Listen. Then come back and comment below: What did God show you this morning? Let’s encourage one another and start this week focused on Christ.

God showed me how he can change people’s hearts. I was reading Genesis 32-34 and loved seeing how Esau was so welcoming and friendly when Jacob came back even though he wanted to kill him before.
What do people see from you?
If someone followed you for one week, your conversations, priorities, reactions, and habits, what would they learn about your relationship with God? Would they see peace? Leadership? Love? Trust? Consistency? What do you think would stand out the most? 👇

Joy. I’ve had so many people tell me that they see the joy of the Lord in me, and a couple prophecy that God is going to use the joy that I have for such great things. I think back on my life and the things that I have been through and realize that those things really do mess people up for a long time, and there is no explainable reason that I haven’t fallen into depression or anxiety, except that God is good, and if it wasn’t for him I definitely would not be where I am or in the state I am today.
What is God Teaching You?
In a world full of noise, distractions, and surface-level conversations… real connection has become rare. One thing God has been teaching many of us is the importance of slowing down and truly listening to Him and to each other. This community isn’t about just scrolling past posts, it’s about building genuine relationships, encouraging one another, growing together, and having conversations that actually matter. So let’s talk: What is one thing God has been teaching you recently that has changed the way you see people, leadership, faith, or relationships? Take a moment and share below. Then encourage someone else in the comments. 👇

He is teaching me that His plans are better than mine. His timing is perfect, no matter what I thought before or had planned, I know that everything He does is for good
Question?
What has been the most impactful lesson Jesus has taught you about making disciples? Was it through a conversation, a season of hardship, serving others, or studying Scripture? Share one thing God has shown you in your journey of following Jesus and helping others follow Him. Your story could encourage someone else in this community today. 👇 Drop your answer in the comments:

Patience: it’s all about God’s timing, not ours. He knows what we need best, when we need best, even when we think we do, we realize He knows better once the time comes.
