A lot of people never recover after getting wiped out during Covid, so the fact that you’re rebuilding again says a lot about your experience and mindset. And coming from a 3-generation rental background, you already understand the game at a level most beginners never will. I’m curious though… how have you been getting clients and finding opportunities so far now that you’re starting back up again? I imagine rebuilding everything from the ground up after Covid takes a lot of work, especially in today’s market. Are you focusing more on SFR again first, or trying to move back into larger apartment projects over time? And are you rebuilding mostly through networking, partnerships, or direct outreach right now? The people who usually make the strongest comeback are the ones who already know the business inside out, they just need the right momentum again.
