Many people think they need full confidence before they can lead a team. You do not. You do not need to be the perfect leader to lead. You just need to care, show up, and keep getting better. Perfect leaders do not exist, but growing leaders do. When I started building teams, I did not have all the answers. I was learning every day, but I still showed up and believed in the people around me. • An entrepreneur can still guide the team by setting one clear goal for the day. • A creator can lead a small team just by showing up and doing the work first. • A business owner can build trust by listening, supporting the team, and celebrating small wins. Your team does not need a perfect leader. They need someone who believes in them and keeps moving forward. Lead while you grow. That is how great leaders are built. #Believe

Walt Disney is a favorite entrepreneur for some of our members, and this quote says a lot about the mindset behind building something from nothing: “It’s kind of fun to do the impossible.” The things worth building don’t always start out looking realistic. Sometimes you just need enough belief to take the first step, enough patience to keep learning, and enough courage to keep going when others don’t see it yet. What’s something you’re building that once felt impossible?

In October of 2009 I had 77 subscribers. This month we're at 4.6 million. That's 17 years of making content even though I'm shy and introverted. I filmed when I didn't feel ready. Pushed through when videos flopped. And kept telling myself that at least one person out there needs my next video. Things started to click in 2014. I got married to Nina and started reaching out to people for help. Without guidance, I struggled. With help, I started to succeed. If you're in the early days right now, keep going. It's worth it.
