Hello there my fellow breathers, I have 3 simple questions for you all: 1. Have you practiced breathing as a trainable skill before? Or is this the first time? 2. What are the things you have the most difficulty with when it comes to learning how to breathe or practicing breathing? 3. What is your WHY? Why are you wanting to learn how to breathe? Hi! Very excited to join this group! Outside of pranamya techniques learned during my yoga teacher training and some pranamya when I practice yoga, I've never properly trained and practiced breathing consistently. What I miss mostly is a routine and a method to apply and to practice with consistency. Very curious to learn more about it from a scientific perspective as well! I want to learn how to breathe first to use breathing to medidate, pause and calm anxious thoughts. As a coach, I also want to be able to guide my clients through some breathing practices to let them experience the benefits of training their breath. Sending some sun and energy to all from France!
