Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.” Closing Principle Prayer is not about getting God to agree with us. Prayer is about coming into agreement with God. Final Declaration I will pray boldly, but I will not pray presumptuously. I will pray with authority, but I will not attempt to control. I will ask God for what I desire, but I will surrender the outcome to His will. I will stand in the gap, but I will not take God's place. I will trust His Word, His character, His timing, and His purposes. My prayer life will be powerful because it will be submitted to the God who has all power.
