Hi to all. I'm Cayla. I live in North Carolina. I have been on the awakening journey for a few years now. I experienced my kundalini awakening last November - and it's knocked me on my ass. inside out, upside down. This is my first attempt at connecting with like minded souls on any social level since. @Karl Heinz Thank you! It was not prompted. It happened out of nowhere last November on Election night. I spent the majority of the year not understanding what I experienced. Psychosis, insomnia etc. I've learned since that it's a normal part of the process. what a time to be alive. haha :)
