I have an idea for an audio summit type thing that I'd like to run in December and was wondering if anybody would be interested in it? This is all super rough and I know it's last minute-ish but I just wanted to put out feelers: Audience: B2B Summit Size: 5-10 contributors (1-2 audio presentations released per day, depending on level of interest) Audience size: 2000+ list. I have contributors with smaller lists in my bundles but since this would be such a small event I think people would need to have some audience already to make it worthwhile Subject/How it works: Short/actionable audio lesson about what you're doing/what they can do to get your business ready for 2025. I think this would definitely be related to your area of expertise, so if you work with people on e-mail marketing, what have you done/what can they do to make sure they make the most out of e-mail marketing in 2025 (for example)... I want this to be super low-lift so these can be lessons that you already have in a paid product that you just record a short intro to about why it's so important to think about as we're going into the new year. Then offer a resource that they can sign up for free to help with the thing you just talked about. People will get ongoing access to the recordings via podcast feed and I'll have a site set up where people can access info about the speakers and links to your site/freebie. Promo Requirements: 2 e-mails to your list, one in the promo period before the "summit" and 1 on the day your presentation goes live. I've already posted about this bundle in the Bundles of Bundles group but I know FB groups are a bit sh*t at showing posts so thought I would share here as well: The Gentle Business Bundle will be a bundle of high quality products designed to help online business owners ditch the shoulds and the hustle and build a business that supports their mind, body and pocketbook. My audience is a mix of coaches, service providers and creative biz owners, so it's pretty broad. To fit the theme, I'm looking for products that support biz owners to run a “gentle business”, one that is flexible, that allows people to be themselves as a full human, supports them to live the life and run the business they want. It’s a pretty broad topic, but products that help selling/launching/marketing in ways that feel good for them, time-saving templates, mindset, self-care as a biz owner etc. The bundle will run from Oct 16-23rd with a couple more weeks after the bundle signup for people to sign up for individual products. There is no list size requirement or fee to participate. All I ask is that you send 1 e-mail to your list and post about the bundle once on social (swipe copy/images will be provided). Last year when I ran the bundle, contributors got between 70 and 300-ish new signups for their products, so I hope that we'll be able to get similar (or better!) results for everybody this year! I'm Cayce, I'm originally from Florida and now live in the UK (Souf London, innit 😂) I've been running a biz for over 12 years now, first handmade letterpress stationery which I sold (still sell!) on Etsy. I'm also a coach supporting other online biz owners who are feeling stuck by procrastination, overwhelm and self-sabotage in their biz to build the habit of daily brave action so that they can achieve their biz goals and build their confidence. I run a membership here on Skool called the Procrastination to Success Society which offers tools and accountability and community.
