I know its messy at the end, but what should i polish and with this, how many % do you think that i have of passing the first round? (Ignore my face in the start)

I have noticed that the standards are like, pale skin, small nose, no body hair etc etc, will small companies pay for plastic surgery? Or do I have to pay for it?
