God is doing a new thing in us!! Isa 43:19

As we are getting ready to send 2025 packing, it is done. I have officially lost the 15 lbs since starting my journey with my excellent wives. Thank you for every word of encouragement from all of you. Thank you @Althea Kimble for being obedient and keeping this group going. This group was created and still going for people like me that lacks community. This year, God changed a few things in my life and I am grateful.

Hello Dr. Althea and my Excellent Wives family! I pray this message finds you all blessed and thriving. I wanted to let you know in advance that I will not be able to attend Sunday’s check-in, as my mother’s dementia sundowning has intensified in the evenings and requires my full care and attention. While I have not yet crossed the finish line of my 2025 weight goals, I came very close. I’ve built muscle, increased my strength, and proven to myself that I am far stronger than I once believed. With one week left and 7 pounds to go, I’m still in the race and pressing forward with expectation. My Joy goal is also still unfolding. Though I haven’t yet received it in full, the journey has sharpened my prophetic ear and strengthened my faith—making it bolder, deeper, and more intentional. I am still pushing toward the 31st, but even if I don’t hit every marker, I stand victorious. I have grown, I have endured, and I have already won.
