Class Feedback 🙏🏼
Hi Friends, can I ask you a favor? Please take a moment to share your thoughts about our class schedule by replying here or sending me & Sydney an email at hello@cascademovementcenter.com . We get great feedback on all our classes, but we still have too many classes with just a few students each week and would love to figure how to adjust the schedule as we move into spring (without adding more classes, except Prenatal yoga!) to be sustainable and of service to our members & regular students with our current staff. We value your feedback a lot and would love to hear your thoughts & perspective. Changes we are considering: - All Strength Classes to move to Full Body vs. Full Body + Glutes/Back for each class. (Ex: "Strength Summit: Arms & Core" would become "Strength Summit") - Moving to a 10:30 am Strength & 12:30 pm Yoga schedule for Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. - We are debating about the best types of classes to have at the 8:30 am & 12:30 pm time slots. - Changing Gentle Yoga name to Grounding Yoga - Offering additional, weekly or bi-monthly small group times if folks would like to pay an additional fee for a specific time & class in addition to their membership - Maxing the Strength Class Capacity to 12 (currently 9) & Yoga to 14 (currently 20) - If current classes fill regularly we would love to add in more classes & teachers. - Adding a monthly Women's New Moon meet-up at the studio (a plan for a Men's meet-up is in the works...) for Staff & Cascade Members only + 1 guest per member welcome. 1 per month Sunday 5:30 pm. - New Member-Led Hiking Group Meet-Up to meet on Sundays... ?? Looking forward to hearing your responses and starting some good conversations. Thank you so much for being a part of this Community! ❤️🙏🏼

6:30 and 10:30 work good for me. As long as there's strength classes I'm good with whatever they're called!
