On 23rd July at 5pm BST I'm sitting down on Zoom with @Wendy Williams and Stewart, two of our own. Stewart came to Impact Activator to write one pitch. He ended up co-organising a conference in New York. Wendy came to figure out her next chapter. She ended up holding a room of people with a presence that stopped them in their tracks, and publishing her first book in the same year. Oh my goodness that was AMAZING!! I still haven't come down from that wonderful event. @Rachel Harmsworth was my guest coachee and she was an absolute STAR ⭐ - naming the issues many in the audience shared (not wanting to talk to the camera, needing others to bring out the joy, stories about why we can do one thing and not the other) - she was honest and real, and a JOY to work with - she walked away with an insight and a next step Just goes to show how much can be achieved in 20 mins!! I'm doing this because there are too many women in their second or third season of life who used to earn well, who now want to champion their own vision, but are feeling stuck and pretending they're not.
