Day 3 of Gratitude Challenge
Today I'm just taking a moment to give appreciation to my Grandfather. David Morgan. To the man that grew me up as his own daughter when he was already at an elderly age. Worked himself to the bone to make sure I finished school and made something of my self. Stood by me when I couldn't stand on my own. Today I look at him with soo much love and appreciation because without him, I don't know who I am. At his age of 73, he still shows up for my family and even as an adult, he still cares for me as a child, checks in on me, brings me meds when I'm sick and shows up for every school or extra murual event for my kids. His more then just a father, grand father and great grandfather. His my back bone and biggest strength. I'm forever grateful for you❤️

@allison morgan Wow what an awesome living testimony. I hope you shared this with him so he knows how much you appreciates hi. I take my hat of to him and honor him as an extra ordinary human being
Day 4 of Gratitude Challenge
I haven't been posting these last two days. Unfortunately we've had two minor robberies happen at my home. Yesterday while leaving to go and fetch my children from school, unfortunately someone slipped into my yard through the front gate, opened my garage and stole my sons bicycles and some of my husband's tools, then closed the garage n walked out of our yard and left the gate slightly opened. When i got home with my kids, I didn't really pay attention, I thought I had left the gate open in a rush... Until we realized the bikes were missing☹️ and then later my husband's tools... Today my grandfather came to the house for a few minutes just to check in on us, he had just returned from a day of playing golf. And wanted to pop in for a few minutes... He parked his car outside. He drives a bakkie with a canopy and had his golf bag and golf cart in the back... After a few minutes when he was about to leave, he saw his back canopy had the lock broken and his golf equipment stolen.. These two days have completely shaken my sense of safety and I'm not sure how I feel right now.. But I'm grateful no one got hurt and material things can be replaced, the disappointment is still very strong

@Allison Morgan That is really so bad. I'm so sorry for the losses. Glad you are here to tell the story. You, your kids and your dad are alive and well. Praise God as this means they where watching.

If I can just understand what I am doing wrong,
Day 6 of pushing past the distractions challenge
Hello Fam! So today has been hot and cold. Out of the list of things, I set out for myself today, I barely got any of it done. YES the distractions got the better of me once again and some personal situations arose today with completely killed my motivation and drive. On the Plus side, I managed to post my free ads this morning, joined the A-Team under @Michelle Dukhi 🙌 whoooop whooop!!! and I also started a YouTube page, oh and I posted on the community timeously Part of me feels like I'm touching into too many places, but I have a sudden fear that I don't want to get left behind if that makes any sense. If you could Subscribe to my channel and like my video, I'd really appreciate it❣️ https://youtube.com/@allisonmorgan-s3v?si=ecUzI51KMtYqd795 Tomorrow, my intention is to create content and follow through with all my tasks set out. I realize I still have a long way to go and even with the distractions; I still need to keep persisting to get to my goal.

You are so welcome. I sit with the same demons I must fight every day. A journal sounds like an excellent way to keep track and Identify the triggers

@Allison Morgan Yes I used to be an HR Manger working with people every day. Then suddenly no one. I am so glad for the opportunity now again to have a purpose to get up and do something, help people help them self. I have a new vision and a new dream
