Shoulders-- Place your hand on the wall: Put the palm of one hand flat against the wall, roughly at shoulder height. Twist your body: Gently rotate your torso away from the wall, leaning your chest towards the wall and feeling a stretch across your chest and the front of your shoulder.

I try to make sure that I get a good night's sleep and wake up and do some gym activity or take a walk
